Ingredients:
1 lb chicken wings
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tbsp ginger, grated
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp Sriracha
2 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp water
Sesame seeds and Chili's for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (205°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top. Place the wings on the wire rack and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until crispy and cooked through.
While the wings are cooking, make the sauce by whisking together the garlic, ginger, soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, Sriracha, cornstarch, and water in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens.
Once the wings are done cooking, remove them from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour the sauce over the wings and toss to coat.
Serve the wings with sesame seeds and sliced green onions for garnish, if desired.
These Thai-inspired chicken wings are a delicious and fun twist on the classic bar food staple. The bold flavors of the sauce will have your taste buds dancing with joy. Enjoy!
